Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the apartment, hallways, and balconies. Violations result in a 1000 PLN fine.
No Parties
Parties and gatherings with unregistered guests are strictly forbidden. Security actively monitors building access.
Visitors Registered Only
All guests must be registered at reception. Unregistered visitors may be denied entry.
No Pets
This apartment is allergy-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted.
Trash Disposal
Use the trash chute on the 21st floor. Do not leave bags in hallways.
