Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of Checkinlink (Service). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

You may not share accounts, impersonate others, or access data without authorization.

3. Service Description

Checkinlink provides tools for hosts to create and publish digital property information pages. Hosts control what content is published and are responsible for ensuring that published information is lawful, accurate, and appropriately shared with guests.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes

Paid features are billed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or add-on, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until cancellation.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges.

5. Cancellations and Account Deletion

You may cancel paid subscriptions through available billing controls. Cancellation usually applies from the next billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.

You may request account deletion from settings where available. Deletion may be delayed if unresolved billing obligations remain.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited behavior includes illegal activity, rights infringement, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, abuse of third-party integrations, and uploading content that violates privacy or confidentiality.

We may suspend or limit access if misuse, abuse, security risk, or legal risk is detected.

7. User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Checkinlink a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Checkinlink or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Stripe, Supabase, Mixpanel, Resend, and Google APIs). Your use of those integrations may be subject to those providers terms and policies.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy available at /privacypolicy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Checkinlink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Checkinlink against claims, liabilities, and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, create security/legal risk, or fail to resolve payment obligations.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last updated date.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts having jurisdiction in Poland will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
