Check-in is from 15:00 onwards.

Check-out Time

Please check-out by 10:00.

Early Check-in

Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If the apartment is ready earlier than expected, I will message you immediately. If you require guaranteed early access, please request it at least 48 hours before arrival — an extra fee may apply.

Late Check-out

Late check-out is available upon request. If there are no same-day turnovers, I can extend your departure time. Late check-out after 12:00 may involve an additional fee.

Self Check-in

  • 1. Upon arrival, go to the reception desk in the main lobby. 2. Provide your name and booking confirmation. 3. You will receive a temporary access card for elevators and the floor. 4. For the apartment door, use the smart lock:
  • Press the screen to wake it.
  • Enter the 4-digit code provided before arrival.
  • Turn the handle downward to unlock. 5. Make sure the door latches fully when entering.

Access Instructions

  • Building Entry:
  • Main entrance located at Złota 44, opposite Złote Tarasy mall.
  • Access is controlled; security may ask for ID. Elevator Access:
  • Use the access card given at reception.
  • Tap the card on the elevator panel, then choose floor 21. Apartment Door:
  • Smart lock with personalized PIN.
  • Lock the door by pressing the “lock” icon after closing. Gym & Pool Access:
  • Located on floor -1.
  • Tap your access card at the wellness entrance.

Important Notes

  • The building has strict security, and all visitors must be registered.
  • The windows do not open fully for safety reasons.
  • High-speed elevators can be busy during peak hours.
  • Please dispose of trash in the designated chute located at the end of the hallway.
  • The AC system is centralized — some temperature limits are preset by the building.
  • Avoid leaving the smart lock battery cover open — it may trigger an alarm.
